On the 9th of August 2020, 437 new confirmed cases and 3 deaths recorded in Nigeria
Till date, 46577 cases confirmed, 33186 cases discharged and 945 deaths recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
The 437 new cases conveyed from 17 states. 107 new cases in Lagos, 91 in FCT, 81 in Plateau, 32 in Kaduna, 30 in Ogun, 24 in Kwara, 19 in Ebonyi.
17 in Ekiti, 8 in Oyo, 6 each in Borno and Edo, 4 in Kano, 3 cases each in Nasarawa, Osun and Taraba, 2 in Gombe and 1 case in Bauchi.
