The Coronavirus patient declared wanted by the Abia State Government after he fled from a holding centre in Aba, turned himself in for treatment.
Abia state’s Commissioner for information, Chief John Okiyi-Kalu. Who made the announcement mentioned the patient recognized as Emmanuel Ononiwu. Now at the isolation center in Amachara, Umuahia South Local Government Area of the state.
Ononiwu reported at the Infectious Disease Hospital (IDH) in Aba. Along with his household together with his spouse at 8.05am on Saturday May 30.
Their samples taken for testing. Active contact tracing has also commenced.
