NCDC has reported 170 new cases of coronavirus
Lagos state recorded the highest number with 39 new cases
With this, Nigeria now has 2558 confirmed cases of #COVID19
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 170 new cases of the novel coronavirus in Nigeria on Sunday, May 3.
According to the report, Lagos state has the highest cases with 39 cases while Kano, followed with 29 cases.
Ogun came third with 24 cases and followed by Bauchi which has 18 cases. Kaduna has 15 cases while Federal Capital Territory, Abuja has 12.
Katsina, recorded 8 cases while Borno have 7 cases.
Nasarawa, also record 3 cases. Adamawa has 2 cases while lastly, Oyo has 1 case.
With this, Nigeria now has 2,588 confirmed cases of #COVID19, with 400 discharged and 87 deaths; 2 new deaths recorded within 24 hours.
