The number of eligible Nigerians who have so far taken their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine has increased to 566,917.
This is according to a document released by the National Primary Health Care Development Agency on Monday.
With the current figure, the nation has attained a 28.2 percent “proportion vaccinated.”
The figure, which was compiled from the Electronic Management of Immunisation Data System Dashboard, showed that Lagos State remained the state with the highest vaccination figure with 112,326.
Ogun State is second on the chart with its 48,983 while Kaduna is third with 40,243.
Bauchi is fourth with 32,893 and it is closely followed by Katsina with 32,628.
Kware has vaccinated 27,509; Jigawa has vaccinated 23,163; Ondo vaccinated 22,929; Kano vaccinated 22,796, while the Federal Capital Territory vaccinated 18,705 and Osun vaccinated 17,353.
Yobe has vaccinated 15,622; Edo-15,180; Adamawa -14,888; Nasarawa -11,771; Ekiti- 11,587; Rivers -11,554; Borno -10,451; and Imo -10,394.
