PDP Tells EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Magu To Step Aside

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, reacted to the invitation of the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, by the Department of State Services (DSS).

The PDP, in an announcement shared on its official Twitter handle on Monday, mentioned the event confirms malfeasance in EFCC.

The party mentioned Magu ought to now step aside to forestall destruction of evidence towards him.

The PDP requested the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration to point out the genuineness of its war towards corruption by permitting the unhindered investigation of the acting Chairman of EFCC.
