In accordance with recent tweet at 11:47PM by NCDC official handle. The agency confirms a total of 288 new COVID-19 cases recorded in May, 15.

However, no new state reported a case within the final 24 hours.

The 288 new cases reported from 15 states. 179 cases confirmed in Lagos (highest in chart), 20 in Kaduna, 15 in Katsina and Jigawa each.

Similarly, 13 recorded in Borno, 11 in Ogun, 8 in Kano, 7 in Federal Capital Territory, 4 in Niger and Ekiti respectively.

3 confirmed cases reported in Oyo, Delta and Bauchi each, 2 in Kwara and 1 in Edo.
